Developed and maintained a comprehensive incentive management solution consisting of four integrated dashboards for drivers, sales (taking order and hunter), and resort store partners. The project was designed to automate incentive tracking and calculations based on real-time operational and transactional data, tailored to meet diverse and evolving client-specific requirements.
• Sales Taking Order Incentive Dashboard
Integrated a flexible sales target system that supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals specific to individual sales agents. Developed API-based data flows and implemented dynamic comparisons between actual sales and target thresholds, enabling automated eligibility flagging and additional incentive logic for overachievement.
• Resort Store Incentive Dashboard
Automated incentive calculations for resort stores based on gross, net, and post-markup sales performance across selected products. Led the end-to-end development of new product-level target modules (by volume and value) to support incentive logic. Supported full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, logic design, UAT testing, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Driver Incentive Dashboard
Spearheaded improvements in driver performance reporting by aligning shipment and driver assignment logic with incentive criteria unmet by the delivery application. Collaborated closely with internal teams to redefine shipment status standards, conducted UAT testing, and monitored production data to ensure dashboard accuracy and eligibility visibility.
• Sales Hunter Incentive Dashboard
Facilitated the implementation of a new tagging system to classify store acquisition efforts by hunter-type sales agents. Tags enabled differentiated incentive logic based on client-specific milestones (e.g., sustained purchases over three months). Coordinated logic design and dashboard automation to reflect real-time incentive summaries based on tag-triggered conditions.
Throughout the project, I collaborated with stakeholders to validate business rules, coordinated across development and QA teams, and iterated solutions based on continuous production feedback. The resulting solution significantly improved data clarity, minimized manual intervention, and enhanced incentive reporting efficiency.
