Developed a comprehensive data solution enabling stakeholders to monitor and manage field sales performance effectively. Leveraged sales, salesperson, and customer databases to build APIs from SQL queries, then integrated the data into a Qlik Sense dashboard via REST API. The dashboard tracked sales performance by both volume and revenue, highlighted distribution areas, and analyzed average basket size per month. This provided sustained oversight of sales activities, delivered insights on product performance by location, and supported more informed decisions on targeting areas with higher success rates for canvassing.
